HOPKINSVILLE, Kent. -- Hammer regional staff member Doug Cutler and his four-man
team blew through the USBC record for single game scores and set the bar even
higher at 1153.
Cutler, using his new Hammer Black Widow Bite, shot 269. Doug Chambers shot 300
with the Hammer Hawg, followed by Chris Snyder at 297 with the Hammer Cherry Vibe
and a 287 from Shawn Fox using the Hammer Vibe Blue. This four man team shattered
the previous USBC record of 1137 and they did it on Valentine's Day at Village
Bowl in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Not only did the team surpass the USBC record, they also set the city and state
record!
Cutler says the Black Widow Bite is a great versatile ball for him. "Hammer is
a great company and has the best balls on the market," Cutler shared in an email
to Hammer. "NOTHING HITS LIKE A HAMMER!"
Ditto Doug. Enough said!
