Hopkinsville,
KY - Ebonite International is the fastest growing bowling manufacturer
today. With the recent acquisition of Hammer, the company expects
revenues and production to soar in 2002-2003. Ebonite International
plans to meet demand by adding two new positions and five new district
sales managers.
Ed Gallagher, currently the district sales manager of the northeast,
has been promoted to product manager for Hammer. A four-year veteran of
the Ebonite International family, Gallagher is a proven performer and
leader in Ebonite’s sales growth over the past few years. As product
manager for Hammer, he will oversee all product development and
introductions.
"Ed is young, he's aggressive, and he has demonstrated his ability to
perform for Ebonite International," said Bob Reid, Ebonite
International's vice president of marketing. "We look forward to
working with him to develop quality product."
Southwest district sales manager Scott McMillian will become Ebonite
International’s field sales manager. A newly created position, the
field sales manager will oversee the sales of Ebonite, Hammer, Robby’s
and Vantage Parts and coordinate the sales efforts of the company’s
district sales managers. During his 19 years with Ebonite, McMillian
has not only been a performer for Ebonite but also has gained the
confidence of distributors and pro shop owners throughout the industry.
