HAMMER BOWLING BALL HELPS COLLINS WIN

The National Bowling Association (TNBA) held their Western Region “Bill Rhodman Classic” bowling tournament recently at Texas Station Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nev., and Hammer Bowling was well represented.

Karen Collins, a current TNBA Staff member from Aurora, Colo., worked her way through the step-ladder finals, using her Hammer Jigsaw Corner, to capture the women’s title in this very prestigious tournament.

In an exciting opening match Collins defeated Kristy King in a nail biting 275-266 slugfest.  With no time to relax, Collins then squeaked by Amie Willett in a 207-205 thriller.

The final couple of matches were not as close as the previous two as Collins defeated Michelle King 182-160 in the semi-finals and went on to pull away from Brenda Burns 245-197 in the Championship game.

Hammer Brand Manager Jeff Ussery had the following to say about the victory: “Karen threw the Jigsaw Corner awesome throughout the entire final match.  After an exciting 11 strike opener, Karen cruised through the finals and brought home the win.  Hammer is proud to be a part of her victory!”
