HAMMER’S SUCCESSFUL VIBE CONTINUES IN COBALT BLUE

Hammer’s Vibe series has been one of the most popular series in the Lower-Mid priced bowling ball category, and the introduction of its newest color option, Cobalt Blue, looks like a continuation of that success.

The new Vibe’s success comes from a combination of the Vibe core, which has become a standard in light oil among both professional and amateur bowlers alike, and the legendary Violent Reactive™ coverstock, originally used on the ever-popular Hammer Black Widow, one of the best-selling balls of all time. Vibe has become one of those unusual balls which works for bowlers at all levels, and the Cobalt Vibe is no exception.

“The Cobalt Vibe is built to get further down the lane in a pearlized shell, with a devastating backend move on drier lane conditions,” explained Jeff Ussery, Hammer Brand Manager. “Bowlers can expect to see extreme length with a sharp downlane move; they’ll definitely see a more defined move at the breakpoint.”

The Cobalt Vibe’s surface has a 4000 grit Abralon® finish with Powerhouse™ Factory Finish Ball Polish.

“My favorite Vibe has been the Onyx Vibe,” said Hammer PBA Staff Player Bill O’Neill. “I didn’t think there would ever be a Vibe that would outperform that ball for me, but the Cobalt comes really close. I can’t wait to try it on the PBA Tour to see the reaction I get from it.”

The new Hammer Cobalt Vibe is now available through Hammer pro shop partners, in 12-16 lbs.
