TWO-TIME COLLEGE BOWLER OF THE YEAR JOINS HAMMER STAFF

HOPKINSVILLE,
Kent.  With two collegiate titles under his belt, it’s no wonder why
Hammer Bowling signed amateur player Bill O’Neill to their growing
legion of top amateur and pro bowlers.




At Hammer, we’ve got our eyes peeled for talent at all stages of the
game and talent is what Bill O’Neill’s got, said Ed Gallagher, product
manager for Hammer Bowling. He’s young and confident and his position
as a Hammer staff member has enormous impact on both the collegiate and
amateur level. Expect great things from Bill O’Neill. We do.




21-year-old O’Neill, a Levittown, Pennsylvania native, is currently
studying business management at Saginaw Valley State University. A
member of the school’s bowling team, he was selected as the College
Bowler of the Year his freshman year (2001) and his junior year (2003).
Recently O’Neill won a Sweeper (June 2003), the True Amateur Challenge
(January 2003), and a World Team Challenge title (May 2002).
