Hammer Wallpaper Contest Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.
A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. Eligibility.
Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Hammer Bowling Taboo Prize giveaway contest is open to U.S. residents, who are 13 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Ebonite International, respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees, are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Contest Period.
Contest will run as designated by Hammer Bowling for each ball.
4. How To Enter:
Submissions are limited to persons 13 years of age and older. Submissions are limited to one entry, or else entries will become invalid. You may read how to submit your wallpaper through Hammer Bowlings Facebook Page. Visit the HammerBowling.Com website at http://www.HammerBowling.com and click on the “Facebook” icon. This will redirect you to the official Hammer Bowling Facebook Page. You may also go to the Hammer Bowling Facebook page by going directly to http://www.facebook.com/BowlHammer. There you can find information on Hammer Bowling wallpaper contest. Your computer must accept cookies, or any successor similar technology, which may be used for the purpose of entry tracking. All entries must be received before contest ends, deemed by Hammer Bowling. Hammer Bowling will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible submissions or for failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software. Hammer Bowling reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest. Wallpapers can be shared via Facebook or emailed to us.
5. Winner Selection.
Winners will be determined by Hammer Bowling on the basis of aesthetics, creativity, and assets used.
6. Prizes and Odds.
Winner will receive a quantity of 1 ball that was to be used in the wallpaper deemed by Hammer Bowling.
7. Winner Notification and Acceptance.
Winners will be notified by email after said winner has been selected. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may waive their right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Hammer Bowling reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of prize to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name and image in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation.
8. Participation.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Hammer Bowling. Hammer Bowling reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Hammer Bowling reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Hammer Bowling reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. Hammer’s Facebook page is only being used to distribute information about the wallpaper contest, and is not sponsored or being hosted on or through Facebook itself. Sharing your wallpaper with Hammer Bowling through Facebook is only to share your creation. Hammer Bowling does not choose a winner based solely on wallpapers shared through Facebook, but all wallpapers shared via Facebook and/or email as a whole.
9. Construction.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
