The non-Hammer fans will have ball envy when they see this new Hammer ball out-hook and out-strike their balls. The new Hammer Envy was designed to be the strongest Hammer ball ever created. We started with the new asymmetric “Launcher” core that is packed with impressive features. The Launcher core has both a flip block and our exclusive radial disc technology; these components move mass away from the center, creating an increased imbalance for a stronger reaction throughout the lane. For the cover, we went with the ultra-aggressive Envy Solid cover, found initially on the Obsession and ensuring plenty of hook in oil.     Grear ball for heavier oil patterns and when wanting to get inside and open the lane up slightly earlier. The solid cover on this ball digs into the oil getting you the traction you need and remains responsive down lane. Drilled this ball with pin up amd over my middle finger and mass bias on my val line which is about 3 inches away from my thumb. Im able to keep this ball on line and create an entry angle that gives me good carry percentage. Out the box for my area its a bit aggressive. I touch it with a 4000 pad on the spinner quickly to have the ball not burn all its energy up to early. This gave me the control on medium to lighter oil patterns (THS) to be able to use it in league play. The cover being a solid is very versatile to surface change and even takes polishing well. It is needed to tweak surfaces sometimes to get the shape you want and where you want it.

    Been bowling since I was young, got back into a league this year, I ordered the Envy and after adjusting to its reaction all I can say is IMPRESSIVE!! Hammer, you guys knocked it outta the park with this one! I"m very happy with the purchase, and get asked almost every night what ball this is.....

    Strong!

    I needed a ball for heavier conditions and the Envy did not disappoint. Got down the lane and didn’t burn up like some balls tend to do. It saved the power for down lane and still gave me a decent amount of motion that isn’t normal on a 48’ pattern. Definitely a must have in your tournament arsenal.

    Hammer's BIGGEST ball!!! Hammer did not get this ball wrong! This ball is the strongest solid made but is very smooth in its lane motion and continuous through the pins! This ball is amazing and do not overlook this ball for heavier oil conditions! This ball has a strong cover already, you may not need to over surface this ball to ensure it turns the corner. :)
