Product Warranty Claim

If you are having problems with your Hammer Bowling product, please review our warranty policies below. IN ORDER TO OBTAIN WARRANTY REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, THE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE.

BAG, SHOE, AND ACCESSORY WARRANTY

We are pleased you have selected Hammer as your bowling bag and accessory provider.

All products have been manufactured to the highest standards of workmanship and material in the bowling industry. We warrant all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period of time as described in more detail below. The warranty will begin on the consumer’s date of purchase.

If at any time during the warranty period a product is deemed defective in material or workmanship, Hammer agrees to replace this product or provide replacement components at our discretion. Products are covered to the original owner with the original sales receipt only.

BAGS:

Triple rollers – 5-year limited warranty

Double rollers – 5-year limited warranty unless otherwise noted

Single rollers – 5-year limited warranty

Triple tote – 1-year limited warranty

Double tote – 2-year limited warranty

Shoulder bags – 2-year limited warranty

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, negligence, the natural breakdown of materials, or contents of the bag. Only original, unaltered, unmodified items are covered.

ACCESSORIES:

All accessories are covered under a 1-year limited warranty.

If during this 12-month period, a defect occurs due to normal use, Hammer will exchange the product or provide replacement pieces at our discretion. Product defects caused by excessive abuse or wear do not qualify for a warranty return or replacement.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE COST OF FREIGHT.

This warranty gives you legal right and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

If your bag or accessory is still within the warranty period and you have tried to return it to the place of purchase without success, please file a warranty claim with our parent corporation by clicking HERE.

 

2-YEAR URETHANE AND REACTIVE BOWLING BALL WARRANTY

We are pleased that you selected Hammer Bowling, and we hope that you will enjoy bowling with family and friends. This ball has been manufactured to the highest standards of workmanship and material in the bowling industry. We warrant that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

Hammer Bowling agrees to repair or replace this ball if at any time during the warranty period it is found to be defective in material or workmanship, and this shall constitute the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty. Hammer Bowling shall in NO CASE be responsible for any damage caused by the following:

  1. The effects of ball plugging or solid slug inserts.
  2. The width of the bridge between the finger holes, excluding finger grips, is less than 1/4 inch.
  3. The bridge has been weakened at the base by pitches which allow the finger holes to join at the bottom.
  4. Sharp edges around a finger, thumb, or extra hole that have not been properly rounded by moderate beveling or sanding.
  5. Distance between the edge of any hole and the riser pin and/or PSA locator pin is less than 1 inch.
  6. Warming the ball in excess of 125 degrees Fahrenheit or 51 degrees Celsius.
  7. Damages caused by automatic pinsetters, ball return systems, or gutters.
  8. Bowler misuse or abuse.

Balls that are used as house balls will be warranted as provided herein, but for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase rather than two years.

In order to obtain warranty repair or replacement, the ball must be returned to the place of purchase. Contact your Hammer Bowling bowling ball dealer or call the Hammer Bowling Customer Service Department at 1-800-937-2695, option 2, then 1.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE COST OF FREIGHT, MEASURING OR DRILLING OF A REPLACEMENT BALL. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

1-YEAR POLYESTER BOWLING BALL WARRANTY

We are pleased that you selected Hammer Bowling, and we hope that you will enjoy bowling with family and friends. This ball has been manufactured to the highest standards of workmanship and material in the bowling industry. We warrant that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Hammer Bowling agrees to repair or replace this ball if at any time during the warranty period it is found to be defective in material or workmanship, and this shall constitute the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty. Hammer Bowling shall in NO CASE be responsible for any damage caused by the following:

  1. The effects of ball plugging or solid slug inserts.

  10. Use as a house ball.

Balls that are used as house balls, other than 6 lb. and 8 lb. plastic balls or any Viz-A-Ball, will be warranted as provided herein, but for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase rather than one year.
