The Hammer Fallout is a ball that really surprised me. With my game being around 17 MPH with roughly 480 RPM, I generate plenty of revs, so I normally need a ball that gives me traction without using all of its energy too early. The Fallout does that extremely well. For my style, I see the Fallout as strong, smooth and continuous, but it isn't lazy downlane. It picks up nicely in the midlane, gives me a very readable motion, and then continues through the pins instead of making one violent move and quitting. Add this to your bag it will no disappoint
This ball was thrown by more players at a recent PBA Regional at Gladstone Bowl than nearly any other reactive ball. After most players started with Urethane on the sport pattern, this ball bridged the transition exceptionally well, giving a smooth shape, but far more hitting power than the urethane. It also blends wet/dry on House shots with ease. Usually only asymmetricals can footprint the midlane the way this ball digs in!
Hammer continues to redefine the sport of bowling but releasing the most versatile and dynamic balls on the market to date. The new Hammer Fallout does not disappoint and fits this analogy to the letter! I have thrown many symmetrical bowling balls throughout my career, but the new Hammer Fallout is just way different than any other symmetrical piece I have thrown. The new Hammer Fallout features a brand-new medium RG/high diff symmetric core wrapped by the same cover used in the Zero Mercy Solid, with the HK-22 C2 additive added to the coverstock. So, in essence, you are getting a symmetrical ball that rolls and hits like an asymmetrical ball. The layout I put into this ball is 45x5x30. This layout was chosen specifically to be used on tournament conditions whereas the oil is very long, flat or has excessive volume, and it does not disappoint. The cover on this ball makes it incredibly versatile on multiple lane conditions for all levels of bowlers. I recommend this ball for house shots with lane conditions which are medium to medium-heavy oil. This ball is unique, powerful, yet fits nicely to any bowler’s bag. The new Hammer Fallout is now available in your local pro shop!
This ball is sneaky good! This ball is a great transition ball when your high end ball is reading a little earlier, and gets through the heads quite well for a surfaced ball. I have noticed it lane shines a little quicker than most. At first you may question the investment, but after a few tournaments you will be happy with the investment.
I love Hammer Bowling balls. I just wished of all the videos they put out they could show bowlers who aren't crankers or two handers. I want to see what a normal stroker type bowler does with these high powered balls. Not everyone gets the revs and speed like in all the videos.
