The redemption solid. Where do I start, the ball is a very very good ball it has an amazing reaction down the lane and is a very strong ball overall a very good ball and is a must buy
I really like the performance of what this ball does. This ball needs oil. The center where I bowl has a lot of heavy oil in the front part of the lane, and it's super tight. Which forces me to play the outside portion of the lane between board 1 to board 5. As a low rev dominant bowler this ball will hook aggressive, and will have lots of heavy roll, so I don't need to give it a lot of fingers. This ball is very continuous when it gets to the backend, and it just drives through the pins. Job well done Hammer!!!
I have been a league bowler for several years but I didn't take bowling seriously. I just relied on handicap and spent the time as a night out with coworkers. During the pandemic my team and I decided to up our games and take bowling seriously. Over a month we upped our averages by 30 pins and we wanted more! I had the local pro drill a Redemption Solid and my league average jumped 70 pins! For the first few games we were untouchable...then our handicap disappeared. It was all worth it, though. I love my Redemption and I'm sad that it is discontinued.
The Redemption Solid is a true heavy oil ball that really shines on longer patterns. I would not recommend for lighter oil patterns.
As you could've guessed from the title this ball does not hook at all for me, I've been searching for a ball for heavy oil and well this was most definitely not it. Figured I could use it in medium patterns and well its still has no hook. not sure if its just mine that does this or what but if anyone is looking for a hard hooking ball look somewhere else, let me put it this way, my Urethane ball hooks more than the redemption. Very disappointed by this ball.
