    3 different lane approaches

    Out of the box I bowled 3 games. Each game I used 3 different approaches. Starting far right, moving to the middle and far left hitting the same mark. Each game my score went up 210, 225, 257. The ball is dead on as long as I keep consistent speed.

    Best ball I've rolled in years!

    I've been fighting carry down for the last month and just couldn't find a ball / line combination that worked consistently. I read all the reviews on the Hammer Effect and it just seemed like it would give me the earlier reaction with a strong back end I was looking for. Drilled it up right before league and with 5 practice shots shoot a 297 for game 1. I grabbed it on the last shot or it would have been a 300. Ended up with a 787 series. This ball is clean through the heads and an absolute monster on the back end, but very controllable and consistent. Even some of my errant shots still found the pocket and carried.

    When You Have The Word Effect As Part Of The Ball How Can You Go Wrong. This New Ball From Hammer Bowling Will Have A Great Effect On The Lanes. First Off All The Colors In This Bowling Ball Makes It Really Easy To Read Ball Motion As It Goes Down The Lane. The New Huntsman Core And HK22 Coverstock Makes This Ball Very Versatile For Any Type Or Bowler And Rev Rate. Great For Medium To Heavier Volume Oil And Patterns. Great Bowling Ball For House Bowlers And Great Ball For Tournament Bowlers As You Can Play Multiple Angles Toward The Pocket With Length And Saves The Energy To Go Through The Pins. Normally First Ball Out Of My Bag On A House Shot Pattern Start Playing Straighter Angles Toward The Pocket And As Transition Hits Can Slowly Migrate In And Keep The Angles Tight And Still Goes Through The Pins. I See This Ball Alot Out There People Are Buying This Ball And Has Been Very Successful For Them And Myself As Well Drilled Up With Pin Above The Ring Finger.     Great Back End Move!

    The Hammer Effect is an aggressive, angular pearl. Even with good length, it does not easily squirt past the breakpoint. Bowlers with slower speed can use a pin down layout to round out the reaction. Very nice continuation and hit.

    Somewhat disappointed

    I've had this ball since it came out. At first the ball was great. My 2nd game with it was like a 235. Now it doesn't last 1 game. If I leave a ten pin, I adjust and leave a 7 or a 4 pin. if it slams the pocket occassionally I leave a solid 9. Average has gone down by 25 pins. Last night was a 472 series, when I'm use to 600's and above.
