Bad Intentions

For those not easily offended and who want to play a little mischievously, Hammer has a grittier, bigger hooking ball for you, we call it Bad Intentions.

The Bad Intentions features the same symmetric Spheroid core shape but uses a grittier, more aggressive cover: Juiced Xtreme.

Spheroid Core: The Spheroid core has many of the dynamic properties found in some of the most successful core shapes in the history of bowling. Arguably, the most successful shape in history was used in the original Blue Hammer. This design was the founding premise behind our new Spheroid shape.

As always with Hammer, we’ve poured the Spheroid core with Flex-Resin and infused the outer core with Carbon Fiber to create the hardest hitting and most durable ball possible. We back this claim with an industry best 3-year warranty.

Juiced Xtreme is a solid cover with great traction, but the great thing about the Bad Intentions is the cover is clean enough, even with some teeth, to get down the lane and produce a backend reaction that’s nothing but good.

Finish: Juiced Xtrme is finished with 500, 2000 Abralon®, which is just strong enough to help the Bad Intentions handle more volume in the front part of the lane. The Bad Intentions handles surface changes well in order for it to work for a wide range of styles on a variety of conditions.

Bad Intentions, Good Results

When I got back into bowling a few years ago, I received this ball as a hand me down from a friend. As i relearned the sport amd eventually rebuilt my arsenal with new balls, it eventually became my spare ball. I had forgotten what an absolute beast this ball is as a first ball. I call it old reliable. It grips the lane its got great reaction and control, it plays a lot like a Urethane. Absolutely fantastic back end motion that crushed the pocket. It's like im hitting the pins with a boulder. It's a mainstay in my bag because it's that reliable and versatile. It's the only ball I have the performs in all three aspects of lane condition..its great on the fresh oil, works well during transition and absolutely tears it up on the burn. Easily the best ball in my arsenal. And thought it may not technically be considered one its my benchmark ball. I cannot say enough about the Bad Intentions.

Truly fantastic balk

A friend actually gave me this ball and it took a while for me to adjust to it, but once I did, its easily the best ball I've ever thrown. Its very reactionary to subtle hand positions. Im hitting the pocket more consistently and getting more pin action. This ball has improved my strike average per game, and I am now averaging 190 per series. It even has great carry through on the Brooklyn side. I can't tell you how many strikes I didnt deserve that i got because of this ball. I love it. Its the best ball I've ever used.
