Rip'd

Hammer’s new Aggression CFI coverstock is so good, we couldn't come out with just one ball that featured it. The Rip’D will give you length through the front of the lane with explosive backend reaction while the Rip’D Solid will give you incredible mid-lane traction with a continuous down lane motion.

Both balls feature the new Rip’D core, which is a combination of the successful Scandal and Gauntlet core shapes.

With Hammer’s patent-pending carbon fiber infused coverstock and outer core, the Rip’D and Rip’D Solid carry Hammer’s three-year warranty.

Hammer Tough N Tacky is recommended to keep the Rip'D performing at its best.

Ball Skids Forever

I picked this ball up at the end of my summer league, and was really excited for it. However, the ball never seems to get into a roll, and tends to skid way too far. I've tried this ball on several house patterns on both Pro-Anvilane and HPL surfaces, and even altered the surface try and create more friction, but it still skids. I have much greater hook and ball motion out of my Black Widow Limited, which has 150+ games on it than the Rip'd almost new. Really disappointed in this one.

Strong and versitle

The Rip'D was a very interesting ball for me. Usually with polished balls I see them want to give me a lot of push through the front part of the lane with a sharp down lane motion. The Rip'D gave me a great mid lane read and a sharp down lane motion. That was something I had never seen before and it made lane play very easy from that point. Once this ball decide to hit the break point and make its move there was no slowing it down and it just blew up the pocket. This could be a great piece for several different types of bowlers.

LOVE THIS BALL

This ball is one of my favorites. Shot 828 the first night I used it. This ball gets down the lane and makes a strong move on the back end. Medium hook, destroys the pins, sends scouts all over.

Rip'D = Power

The RipD (Hybrid) is an aggressive ball that can be used on medium to higher volumes of oil. This ball reads the midlane well and provides excellent movement. It’s on the stronger side but still predictable and hits well. I found the RioD to respond better in the backend with unlimited trust. Combine this with the RipD Solid and you’ve got your basis covered where strong bowing balls are needed. I drilled both pin up and enjoyed the striking power and high scores.
