Envy Tour

I've had the ball for 6 months and only used it for 5 minutes. I decided I needed to try it out and took it with me yesterday. I use Pure Envy to start out and then moved to the Envy Tour. What a 1-2 punch! I buy a lot of bowling balls, as I'm a compulsive shopper, but these are incredible. They read the lanes incredibly well. I only use a 12# ball, so I don't get the full core, but it works just fine for me.

I've been bowling for a while. 2 handed for the past 18 years. On and off, bowling in leagues some years, taking a year off or two. Bowled first 300 with the black widow legend. Hadn't gotten to the 10th frame for 3 years after. Until now.
Bought this ball a year ago from this review. Never had it drilled. Didn't know what I was missing. I'm a 2 ball bowler, strike and spare, so I told the pro shop employee,"drill it enough to stand slightly left of center and cross lane and come back. I throw around 20 mph".
I don't know what to say other than he drilled it to perfection.
First series with the ball and ZERO practice aside from league warmup - 675 with a 299. Came in light on the 12th and rung the 10 pin with the 6, no big deal.
Next series - 702 with a 289. Flipped my wrist over on the 11th shot and left a wobbling 2 pin.
Both series were in the same week.
Both of these instances speak for the ball. It was up to me to throw it correctly out of my hand, and when I did, the ball destroyed the pins. When I didnt, it still found a way to destroy the pins. I had to make extreme mistakes to throw my chances of 300s out the window.
This is the perfect ball for me.
I will continue until I hit my milestone of 800, maybe 900 if I get lucky once in the next however many years.

There's no limit to where you can play with this ball. With good carry it zips around the mid lane and flushes hard. Even with transition I can move in or even more right and come up the back. Just a fantastic ball.

Excellent and versatile. I have two one drilled pin up the other pin down. Each with a completely different motion. Excellent for league bowlers and tournament bowlers!

Don't know why I waited so long to get this because the Envy Tour is a BESAST! I've used it on heavy, medium and light oil...this ball moves no matter what! Looking forward to getting more games on it, but love that I have a ball for heavy conditions that allows me to move in and know that it will still crush the pocket.
