The Burgundy Hammer 10 lbs was the BEST bowling ball I've ever had. It did what it suppose to and it was gorgeous. Unfortunately, the ball got destroyed when my husband dropped something heavy enough to split the ball. When this happed, he had automatically thrown the ball away unbeknownst to me. Buy the time I found out, the ball was deep down in the recycle bin (we were having our basement redone at the time) completely unretrievable.
The Burgundy Hammer ball had great reactive curve on the backend. It was constantly reliable and I want another one....pleassssse!
The Burgandy was the highlight of my bowling career. From traveling leagues and high school/college bowling teams this ball set the record straight! Winning scholarships from this products in the 90's was huge. I would love to get a Burgandy Hammer with a full finger tip grip again.
I used this ball from 2012 till 2019. I liked the ball, but at 71 years old, the 16 lb ball was giving me back problems(I bowl in 2 leagues a week}. I switched to the Hammer Fugitive 15 lb. It felt better but my scores started going down. Two weeks ago, I went back to the Burgundy Hammer. The 3rd time back in league I rolled a 201, 244, 205. Please bring this ball back so I can get it in a 15 lb.
I don't know where to even start. I've had this ball for years and still bring it with to league every week. Great as a first ball, awesome spare ball, good for a 10 pin. Hammer needs to bring this ball back...
i regret not buying like 10 of these before they were discontinued.
