Love the bag, Rolls smooth. Make sure the foam piece is installed in the last compartment nearest the wheels. Mine was not installed and I didn't realize it.
the screws are exposed and now my ball is probably ruined. Hammers warranty only covers the bag, not items placed in the bag (per Brunswick customer service).They didn't have any foam strips in stock to send me. They are sending me a replacement divider piece to install. I can"t be the only one that didn't receive that foam strip. Please make sure you don't put your $200+ bowling ball in there!!
